With a slightly lower number of visitors, albeit of a much higher quality, the last edition of Anuga, the world-wide food trade show par excellence held as always in Cologne, has just ended.
Casa del Gelato s.r.l. was obviously there, with a totally renewed stand compared to the 2017 edition both from a structural and graphic point of view.
Our assortment novelties were presented to the public as well as to potential customers from every corner of the world:
- Layered fresh desserts in a glass
- Layered ice cream in transparent pint with screw-on lid
- Sorbet in lemon flute with champagne aroma
